We Learned the Equipment Business One Department at a Time

50+ Years Building Equipment Dealer Software

For more than 50 years, we’ve worked close to the parts counter, the rental desk, the service bay, the back office, and the people trying to keep all of it straight. A rental changes after lunch. A work order waits on one part. A customer calls about a charge before accounting has the full story. We built eBS around those details, and we carried that knowledge into NextLink Essentials+ so dealers, distributors, and rental businesses can run more of the operation from one system.

We Didn't Start With A Software Category

We Started With the Work That Kept Repeating

Before the platform had a modern interface, deployment options, and dashboards, the problem was already familiar.
Equipment businesses were trying to keep assets, jobs, parts, invoices, customers, and updates from drifting apart. We spent decades learning where that drift happens and what it costs when nobody catches it soon enough. That’s why NextLink Essentials+ is built around the way the business actually passes work from one person, counter, bay, and department to the next.

The Details Stayed With Us

We've seen how small misses, like a buried note or wrong asset status, can turn into bigger problems by the end of the day.

Built From Equipment Logic

Rental, service, parts, sales, accounting, and customer activity were never treated like separate businesses here.

Independent and Focused

We've stayed focused on equipment businesses instead of trying to become software for every market.

Support Has to Understand the Work

A customer question usually starts with a job, part, charge, record, or customer update, not a generic software issue.

The Product Tells One Part of the eBS Story

NextLink Essentials+ shows what we build. These pages show more of what stands behind it: where we came from, how we build our team, and how we protect the records our customers depend on — see Security. If you’re taking a closer look at eBS as an equipment software partner, this is where you’ll learn who you’d be working with after the demo.

Take The next Step

See What One System Can Take Off Your Plate

The best way to understand NextLink Essentials+ is to see how much of the business it can bring together. Instead of chasing updates across departments, teams can manage sales, service, rental, parts, accounting, and customer activity from one connected system.
