eBS is an international software developer of Enterprise Distributor Business Systems that we offer in two modes: an in-house system at the customer's location, or a full-service Cloud that delivers the same industry-specific applications online.

Our History

eBS was founded in 1964 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas. For over five decades, we have delivered integrated business software solutions online for Distributors and Renters of Construction, Agricultural, Lift Truck and Material  Handling Equipment around the world. We pride ourselves on our long-term customer relationships and on doing it right the first time.

Our Management Team

The eBS Team includes leaders from the point of sale, computing, and equipment distribution industries. The core group has worked together for over 15 years. This gives them a depth of experience developing, implementing, and supporting software solutions for equipment distributors. They work hard to give eBS customers what they want and need to prosper.
