Application Project Specialist Job Description
General Description:
The primary role includes providing onsite implementation, functional and technical training support for EBS software products and related system software.
Chief Duties and Responsibilities:

Travel up to 60%

Pre-Site
-
Collection of convertible data sources, includes but not limited to:
-
Customers
-
Vendors
-
Parts and Equipment Inventory
-
Accounting, A/R, A/P, GL
-
-
-
Installation of EBS Software products
-
Customer Training
-
Financial Accounting Training
Other Duties:
-
Telephone and Email Support for EBS Software Products
-
Maintain Web Based Support Call Tracking System
-
Communicate to customers the steps necessary to maintain and update software products
-
Assist in documentation of EBS software products
-
Assist in testing new releases and functionality
-
Other duties and/or responsibilities as may be assigned
Experience Preferred-Strong emphasis on the following:
-
Accounting knowledge thru Financial Statements, with applied application background
-
Dealership experience with Automotive, Construction Equipment, Industrial Equipment Dealers

Knowledge of MSSQL databases
