Field Service Automation connects field technicians to your offices real time. Using their wireless enabled notebooks, technicians in the field will see complete information for service work assigned to them through electronic work orders, including service history, preventative maintenance schedules for the equipment at the customer’s location, and detailed service call information. Dispatchers stay connected with all the updates from technicians as they happen, all via existing mobile broadband networks. The System eliminates the old practices of paper-based work orders and providing information via radio or cell phone with the technicians and dispatcher jotting notes.

Technicians maintain and update necessary information directly to the work order - labor, parts, work order notes, and mileage - while they are in the field, eliminating the burden of manual processes and paper flow that can overwhelm your business.
